I began this website in January 2006. I was working on a Master of Divinity and wanted a place to “think out loud” about Adventism….Black Adventist Preaching…and Justice…
However due to the lack of interest in an Adventist Homiletics site, it soon morphed into just a discussion of topics related to modern day Adventism including issues of Blackness in Adventism and Issues of Justice.
The name of the website has changed a number of times.
It began as AdventistPulpit.Com. However when contacted by GC Legal, I changed the name to
The Sabbath Pulpit.
After a long absence I attempted to purchase The Sabbath Pulpit.Com again and saw that it was not available so I changed the name to Sabbath Justice.
